Double Room in spacious flat - Dulwich

Carly and ai are looking for new flatmates to join this beautiful, spacious multi-level flat in East Dulwich, South East London.

The room is available immediately.
We rent privately from our landlord who lives abroad. He is quick to respond and easy to deal with. He will get something fixed as soon as you make him aware of it.

The room is £820 per month + bills. The rent may increase slightly when the tenancy is renewed (price TBC).

The room shown comes unfurnished, has a nice view over the trees at the back of a dead end road and gets great afternoon sun. There is plenty of storage space on two landings outside the room.

About us : my name is Raphaëlla but everyone calls me Raphie, I work in tech sales, my schedules vary; but I do WFH 1/2 days a week. I’m socially active, gigs, yoga and if not at the pub you could catch me in the kitchen, cooking. Always happy to catch up in the evenings over dinner, some TV and a glass of wine.

You'll also be living with Carly, a lawyer at a tech startup, and her cat Ezra. She's also socially active, enjoys a pilates class and the sauna but also going to gigs and yapping at the pub. Ezra is very sweet and very social and befriends everyone he meets.

The flat is just off Lordship Lane which has every shop you could possibly need. There is a giant Sainsbury’s a 10 min walk away. It’s an 8 min walk to the nearest train station where you can get into London Bridge in less than 15 min. There are also lots of buses which go directly into town.

The flat is close to lots of greenery - Peckham Rye, Dulwich and Brockwell parks are all within walking distance, as are East Dulwich, North Dulwich, Herne Hill and Denmark Hill stations.
