The house is ideally located just off Peckham Rye and close to bakeries, restaurants and shops on North Cross Rd and Lordship Lane. On 12/197/63/363 bus routes and a 20 minute walk from Peckham Rye and East Dulwich station.
Move in date is flexible but ideally 2 November.
