The neighbourhood is really homely and quiet, with free parking and bicycle sheds. I’m quite clean, so would like to find someone who will keep the flat tidy and homely with me, enjoys a quiet morning/evening together, and also likes their own space. I work in journalism, am out of the flat a fair bit, and enjoy relaxing with a film/series/dinner etc.
The room is available from December/January, but should be able to be quite flexible/figure something out. The rent is £1,062 per calendar month, excluding bills.
