Small double room is available for rent in a warm three bed flat in East Dulwich available from April 1st (dates flexible)

The flat is situated in between Peckham Common and Dulwich park. All bills included in the PCM. Closest transport links are Peckham Rye or East Dulwich overland. Ideally looking for someone chilled, tidy and clean. All roommates welcome to make the most of the common areas as well. Sharing with live in landlord and one other housemate.

The room is a small room and comes with:
> Small double bed (Storage bed)
> Open closet for storage (including all baskets).
> Reading light
> Small set of shelves
> Door hooks on the back of the door
> Bed is also a storage bed.

I'm a live in landlord with interests in sport (swimming, surf, volleyball, tennis, film) and theatre.

There is free parking on the road outside the flat and I own the small front paved area. There is a small garden storage shed that would suit a folding bike.

The flat is home to two adopted stray cats and a rescue dog. All very sweet and friendly. Please note - I don't think there is space for another pet - as I think it might stress out one of the cats.
