I’m looking for a mature, like-minded professional female to rent my spareroom from Monday to Friday per month for £500 per month.
I live in a lovely modern clean flat in East Dulwich.

The property is located off the main road in East Dulwich, Lordship Lane.

Transport links – located between East Dulwich and Forest Hill stations, allowing for easy access to central London/London Bridge/City of London.

Buses run frequently with direct routes to Oxford Street and Victoria.

Buses 185, 176, P4 are outside the property. 185 and 176 buses take you to Denmark Hill Station and King's College Hospital.

East Dulwich offers a range of lively pubs, bars, restaurants, exclusive boutiques and a friendly laid back café culture.

Dulwich Park and Dulwich Village are within walking distance from the property.
