Large double light filled room that fits a king size bed available in modern East Dulwich house. The room comes furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs.

Our housemate is sadly moving on and we are looking for someone to replace her. We'd like for another professional to join us. We get on with our own things and are pretty independent but are also up for drinks together when we can.

The House and area:
It's modern and about four years old. It is located in a private gated area, well insulated, has a secure outside bike shed, garden area (ideal for summer BBQ’s), off street parking, a study, inbuilt sound system and all modern kitchens appliances (fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc). The main areas are furnished with a mixture of existing housemates furniture. The ground floor is all open plan with a separate study and WC. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Lordship lane with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and amenities is a 6-minute walk away. It is 8 minutes by bus to East Dulwich station and 15 minutes to Peckham Rye or Denmark Hill stations.

* Rent: £585 per month + share of bills
* Deposit: £900
* Agency fees: including referencing fee and tenancy admin fee (to be split with the exiting housemate to get you on the contract)
* A cleaner comes once every 2 weeks
