2 Bedroom in Hackney for 12-Month Sublet

I'm relocating abroad for work for 12 months, and am looking for a responsible tenant (or couple) to sublet my lovely two-bedroom apartment in Hackney from mid-October 2026 to mid-October 2027 (details to be confirmed).

The flat is situated on a quiet residential street, just a short walk from some of East London's best spots, including Broadway Market, Victoria Park, and London Fields. It is located on the third floor and benefits from two balconies, plenty of natural light throughout the day, and a spacious layout.

The flat will be rented furnished, although I can be flexible if you'd prefer to bring some of your own furniture or household items.

In line with the landlord's requirements, smoking and pets are unfortunately not permitted.

Rent of £2,600 does not include utility bills and council tax.
