We've found an absolutely incredible 5-bedroom warehouse conversion just by London Fields, and we're looking for two more people to join us!

There are currently three of us, all working professionals, and we're looking for two like-minded housemates to make up the group.

The place is genuinely amazing. It's just been completely refurbished, with five double bedrooms, five bathrooms (three en-suite), a huge open-plan kitchen/living area and a private garden. It's also in a brilliant location, close to London Fields, Broadway Market, Hackney Central and Victoria park

We're looking to make this a proper home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Ideally we'd find people who are sociable, we want a flat where everyoen friends not just a room in a house, enjoy the occasional pub trip, dinner or night out together, but also have their own lives and respect everyone's space. We're all pretty relaxed, tidy and easy-going.

The slightly urgent bit!

We've viewed the property and absolutely loved it. We're hoping to put an offer in this weekend before someone else snaps it up, so we're looking for two people who would be keen to move fairly quickly if our offer is accepted. The move in date is flexible but we need to get the offer in ASAP ideally before the next round of viewings on Tuesday.

Ideally we'd love to meet up for a drink tomorrow (Sunday 11th) to get to know each other and see if we'd all be a good fit.

Rent would be approximately £1,300–£1,400 each, depending on the room and the final agreed rent, plus bills. Move-in dates are flexible, and we'd be taking the property together, subject to our offer being accepted.
