We are looking for someone to rent our place over Christmas. It is available from 11th December until 4th January.
It is important to note that we are still waiting on our kitchen to be built - at the moment we have a free standing kitchen, with a sink, fridge/freezer, air fryer, hot plate and pressure cooker - WE HAVE NO OVEN.
The garden does not currently have any grass in it - it is quite muddy and there isn't much outdoor furniture.
The house is spread over 3 floors. It has two separate entrances. With a downstairs open plan kitchen/living room. There are 3 bedrooms, one study, one bathroom and kitchen/living area. All the bedrooms are large - 2 have double beds - one has a bunk bed and is only appropriate for children.
The house is well insulated with new windows in every room and underfloor heating.
You must view the property before renting it.
