The apartment is a two bedroom Victorian garden apartment in Harringay Green Lanes: a friendly neighbourhood known for having the 'Best Transport Links Outside of Zone 1' and the best Turkish restaurants in the whole of London!

We are looking for professionals who are in search of a homely environment, who will be considerate neighbours and enjoy being part of the community neighbourhood atmosphere.

We travel for extended periods with work, and when those periods are only a few months long, we have had Airbnb Guests ("Home from home: family friendly, calm, quiet & leafy") but now we are relocating overseas for two years, we are looking for longer term tenants who will enjoy it as their home.

The apartment is 10-15 minutes walk from Manor House tube (Piccadilly line) and one stop or a short walk across the park, to Finsbury Park (Victoria line). Harringay Green Lanes Overground, Harringay National Rail and Finsbury Park Stations are also within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance.

The area is said to have the 'the best transport links outside of Zone 1', being 8 minutes from Kings Cross, 16 minutes from Victoria and 21 minutes from Vauxhall.

There are also a number of buses including the 341, 29 and 141 that are less than a minute's walk away; one of which is a night bus from Trafalgar Square.

The two rooms are double bedrooms, with a king sized bed in one room, and 'trundle' bed in the other (which is great for flexibility of configuration), with built in wardrobes in both rooms; plus a living room, separate kitchen, family bathroom, and the all important garden: a huge bonus for London.
