Hello
Our house is ten mins walk to Brixton. Five mins from a station, from Brockwell park with lido and gym and café; and Sunday market.
We are looking for a relaxed, friendly and independent person. You may be a postgraduate student or you may be working or both.... To share our large Victorian house in a nice safe area with friendly housemates. It is 5 mins from the station - 10 mins to Victoria, and 15 mins to Kings Cross or Farringdon..
The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe, drawers and a desk - in case you are studying, or are arty, or writing. The house has a huge kitchen diner with 2 sofas; we have 2 bathrooms and an overgrown garden.
Rent includes all bills. Zone 2.
