We are travelling away with work from April 2021 until Sept 2021 and looking to let our recently refurbished property for a minimum of 3 months (ideally the full 5 months).

This newly renovated, beautiful garden flat is generously sized with a large garden, basement with utilities and two good sized double bedrooms (one larger than the other). It comes with plenty of storage throughout the apartment and it comes fully furnished including all utensils, plates, cutlery etc. So you will need to only bring towels, toiletries and linens. The property is on a quiet residential street just off Brockwell Park and with the wonderful communities and facilities of Herne Hill, Tulse Hill and Brixton all within easy reach.

The house is a peaceful and clean environment with all amenities you could want such as wifi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and brand new flat screen tv. We also have storage space in the basement and parking can be paid for out the front of the house and we have bicycle storage available too.

Tulse Hill (5min walk), Herne Hill (10min walk) and Brixton (7 min bus) are all nearby for good transport links in to the city and beyond.

All bills including WiFi, Council Tax, water, power and eco-conscious household necessities to start you off (5L cleaning products, 5L detergent, loo rolls etc) are included in the price.

We are ideally looking for professionals to share the property or a small family. If you are a small family then we can organise removal of one of the double beds but you will need to provide your own replacement whilst in there.
