I’m a 36-year-old female professional who has been living in the flat for 3 years and has fallen in love with the area. My flatmate is sadly moving out, so I am now looking for someone to take over the lease.
I am a sociable person who loves eating out, travelling, cooking, comedy etc (all the usual stuff!) but I am equally a fan of a cosy night in with a book/film/wine. I work from home Fridays but otherwise am usually in the office.
I’m ideally looking to live with a female professional of a similar age, who is friendly, sociable and tidy, and doesn't work from home all the time. It would be great to have someone who is independent, but also wants to hang out and share a meal or binge watch a series from time to time!
