Double room in a large garden flat

I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in this Herne Hill house share.

The flat is furnished and has really large living spaces to enjoy. A huge perk is the lovely private garden.

You’ll be living with two kind and considerate housemates, Sydney and Helen. They’re looking for someone from mid/ late 20s to mid thirties.

The local area is fantastic. Brockwell park is just a few minutes from your door – in my opinion one of the most beautiful parks in London and perfect for jogging/ strolling round, with a lido. Herne Hill has tons of coffee shops, pubs and independent retailers. It’s also got great transport connections – Victoria is 10 minutes on the overground, Blackfriars 10-15 minutes. Brixton and the tube is a 20ish minute walk or short bus ride away. There’s also cycle storage round the side of the house and central London is easily accessible on bike.

In terms of the room, it’s a good sized double that comes with a bed frame (and potentially mattress), wardrobe and shelves. I’m also happy to sell my desk and chest of draws if that’s of interest. Working from home is very do-able.

The room is available from 18 October with some flexibility.
