Ideally looking for a two-person house share; you'll pretty much have the whole lower floor to yourself; the bathroom is only used by the two rooms. As I do have my own bathroom. A maximum of 3 people can rent the lower floor, with the total price being £2200; for example, a couple with a friend.

However, I am also open to renting the rooms individually.
