The house is light & spacious (furnished) with plenty of communal space & garden. (see floorpan with photos). We're in a quiet residential area, 5 mins walk from Brockwell Park and everything Herne Hill has to offer.

The room is a good sized single (small double bed) on the first floor.

We’re a house of young professionals with a mix of hybrid and office-based schedules. We’re really fortunate with the property and like to make the most of it, whether that’s board game nights, celebrations or BBQs when the weather allows. We take pride in keeping the place clean, tidy and well looked after.

We’re looking for someone sociable and easy-going who’s rented before, understands shared-house dynamics, and is keen to be part of the house rather than just rent a room.

Local sports & outdoor facilities include Herne Hill Velodrome, Brixton Recreation Centre. Moments from Brockwell Park & the Lido.
