I'm vacating my lovely flat in Herne Hill after a happy two and a half years here.

We're looking for a friendly, easy-going person to take over my half of the contract of our lovely 2-bed flat on a quiet, safe, leafy avenue in Herne Hill.

The flat’s full of charm — high ceilings, period features, and a bright open-plan kitchen and lounge that opens onto a gorgeous garden (great for coffee, reading, or a little sunbathing in summer). Being ground floor and well-built, it stays nice and cool in the summer, and there's a cellar and shed for storage, and there’s on-street parking right outside too.

We’ve got a full family bathroom with a bath, and a comfy workspace alcove in the living area if you ever need to WFH.

You’ll be sharing with my housemate, a 33-year-old PhD student who’s super chilled and rarely works from home, so you’ll have the place to yourself a fair bit.

The neighbourhood’s really lovely too - safe, green, and community-minded, with brunch spots, traditional pubs, shops, and of course Brockwell Park just around the corner. It's a 20 minute walk to Brixton one way or 20 minutes to East Dulwich the other.

We're 8 minutes walk to the Thameslink which gets you to central London in 10 minutes, or SouthEastern which gets you to Victoria in the same. 5 minute walk to North Dulwich which gets you to London Bridge in 15 minutes.

💸 £1,200 a month including bills, which is amazing for the space, storage, amount of privacy and location.
