Double room in 2 bed flat

I’m looking for a flatmate in my 2 bed flat, to move in by the end of January ideally or early February. The flat is located between Tulse Hill and Herne Hill, 10 min walk to the train station and Brockwell Park. Well connected for bus and trains; Brixton tube is 15 mins away. The flat is ground floor, has a large kitchen/living room space and access to a shared garden. The double room is relatively large and can be furnished or unfurnished. The rent is reasonable at £800pm plus bills.

I'm a 29yr old gay man, a PhD researcher and also do some lecturing and trade union work. I am easygoing and respectful (have been described by people as the chillest person they've ever met). I am politically left. Also vegan. I enjoy being social, trips to pubs and galleries and the odd night out, but also appreciate my quiet time. I'd like to find a flatmate who is likewise chill and social, to create a nice 2-person community with here.
