Lovely en-suite room available from the 30th July in a 3-bedroom house!
I currently live in this beautiful flat with other two amazing girls: Valentina, which is a 30-years old italian girl, and Megha, a 26-years old american girl. Sadly I will leave on the 30th of July, so the room will be available to rent from that day.

The house is a fantastic, super bright, large, and airy three-double-bedroom Victorian house which spread over two floors and has got all the comforts:
•⁠ ⁠Three proper double bedrooms, of which one is an en-suite (the one that is on rent);
•⁠ ⁠One main bathroom and an additional separate toilet;
•⁠ ⁠A wonderful and spatious sitting/dining room with many windows, with table, chairs and a sofa;

The en-suite room is very big and spacious, it has got a double bed with a night table, a closet, an hanging rail, a desk with a chair, a rocking chair and a private toilet with shower, wc and sink.

•⁠ ⁠15 mins walk to Brixton (Victoria Line), Camberwell and Herne Hill 🚶‍♀️

The rent is £920 per month with bills not included (around 100£ per month shared between 3 people).
