We are looking for a new flatmate to join our home in Herne Hill as our current flatmate is moving out to pursue some really exciting dreams!

* £850pcm + bills (£140pcm)
* £1077 deposit + referencing checks required

* Based between Herne Hill and North Dulwich station with great transport links to London Bridge, Thameslink & Victoria
* Close to Brockwell Park and Dulwich Park, great pubs, some really friendly cafés and shops

✨ We’re looking for someone who:

* Is a working professional
* Is sociable and friendly, someone who wants to have a glass of wine with us or natter in the kitchen
* Is clean and considerate of shared spaces (& of our furniture - it’s ours, not the landlords!)
* Ideally mid/late 20s–30s

👯‍♀️ About us:
Lauren (29): I work full time as an International Events Manager, which means I travel fairly often for work, so I really love coming back to a home that feels calm, cosy and comfortable. Outside of work you’ll usually find me going for a run, heading to the gym or walking around South London with a coffee in hand. I’m sociable, easy to get along with and always up for a catch up, while also really valuing everyone having their own space and downtime.

Hannah (26): Hannah is South African, working works full time as a PR Coordinator in the wine industry, which does come with the occasional exciting bottle of wine making its way back to the flat. She’s warm, easygoing and loves cooking, reading, music and heading to one of our local wine bars or pubs for a glass of wine (or two!)

We’re both clean, considerate and looking to keep the flat feeling friendly, relaxed and homely.
