Large double Room close to Herne Hill Station

Hello, we are currently looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely flatshare in Herne Hill!

The Room
A bright, spacious double room in a split-level flatshare in Herne Hill. You’ll share a bathroom with just one other person, so it never feels crowded. The room comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe, with plenty of space to make it your own.

The Flat
We’re in a really spacious split level falt above a pharmacy and with some great pubs nearby! There's a big shared kitchen and a genuinely huge living room. There are two bathrooms plus an extra toilet on the first floor.

Location & Transport
Herne Hill station is 1–2 minutes away. The flat is right by Brockwell Park (and the Lido) is just a short stroll down the road. Ideal if you enjoy having green space, cafés and great transport all right on your doorstep.

About Us
We’re three professionals in our 30s. We are friendly, easygoing, tidy and respectful of each other’s space. It’s a calm, comfortable home rather than a party flat.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re keen to find someone similar, clean, considerate and chilled, who’s happy to be part of a laid-back household.

This is a long-term room in a settled flat, so we’re ideally looking for someone able to commit to a 12-month tenancy.
Not suited to couples or a party lifestyle.
