The flat is on the fourth floor (no lift) and has a great living room/kitchen, washing machine, and a bathroom with shower over the bath. The room itself has a desk if you're working from home. All bills and wifi included.

The area is genuinely brilliant: two minutes to Brockwell Park and the Lido, two minutes to Herne Hill station (10 mins direct to Victoria and Blackfriars), and a 10-minute walk to Brixton Village with all its bars, restaurants and shops. It's a fantastic base for a London summer.

You'd be sharing with a 29-year-old professional who's friendly, loves a pub trip, and is always up for a chat but equally happy to give you your space.
