We're looking for a new flatmate to join a friendly, queer household with two other queer educators. The room is a comfortable, medium-sized unfurnished bedroom, available immediately for £675/month.
Bills are approximately £120 per person per month, including council tax, electricity, water and broadband. Gas is included in the rent.
The flat has a separate kitchen, bathroom and WC, a living room with a balcony, and an additional spare room. While this extra room has been used as a bedroom in the past and can fit a small double bed, we currently use it as a shared storage/spare room and don't think it's suitable as a full-time bedroom.
Accessibility: The flat is on the second floor of a three-storey building with lift access. There is a small step at the building entrance, so the property is not fully step-free or fully wheelchair accessible.
