Lovely double room in original art deco apartment

Hi all,

we have a double room available in our sunny flat with big balcony.



The room has plenty of windows, not street facing (is quiet) with wooden floors. We live in an art deco style estate, and the apartment/room has lots of original features.



You'd be living with Ella (38, likes Brazilian jiu jitsu, saunas in Ruskin Park, learning German, works in the Civil Service).

 and Naomi (27 works for a kids charity, plays football and eats vegan).

Ideally we'd like to keep the flat a friendly and communal place. Bonus points if you like balcony and indoor plant gardening! It's also an LGBTQ+ friendly household.

There is a living room leading to the balcony, there is a chance that outgoing housemate Hilary will be staying in there for the first couple of months.



Bills are around £150 (includes broadband, water, electric. We don't pay for gas/heating as we're part of a communal system that serves all the flats).

We have a really active tenants' union, big shared garden, community veg patch and summer bbqs etc.
