Bright sunny double in Herne Hill /Brixton

Hello! I’m looking for a roommate for my 2 bed flat in Herne Hill/Brixton.

It's a bright sunny small double bedroom and comes furnished with a bed, new wardrobe and bookshelf. The room backs onto gardens so is very quiet.

The flat is in a fab location, in between Brixton and Herne Hill (10 min walk to each station) and about 5 minutes from Brockwell Park. Lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants in the area. It has a modern open plan kitchen/living room and a bathroom with both shower and bathtub. It has an out door terrace and also a balcony at the front, so lots of options for sitting in the sun! 🌞

About me - I’m 30, working in the civil service (usually wfh 2/3 days a week). I’m easygoing, friendly and looking for someone clean and respectful, independent with a good sense of humour. I’m often out in the evenings and weekends with friends but also love chilling at home so would really like to find a housemate who’d be up for watching TV or having dinners together now and then.

The room is available now but happy to be flexible with move in dates, open to short or long term stays. Bills are around £125 pcm.
