We’re in the final stages of signing a contract on a 2 bed 1 bath flat in Herne Hill.
Sharing with my boyfriend and I, we’re both aged 30 and work full time. I WFH 2 days a week and Zack is usually in the office 5 days a week.
Looking for someone clean, respectful and easy going.
Flat has recently been renovated, features lots of storage, lovely bathroom with bath, large living area with gorgeous views and separate kitchen.
Both bedrooms are quite similar, plenty of storage with a built in book case and wardrobe in the second bedroom. The flat will be furnished except for the bedroom.
Please note: a mirror is getting installed in bathroom and photos show the other bedroom (renos happening so don’t have a great photo of second bedroom - happy to share a video walk through). Room available is the same setup but slightly smaller and features a built in book case.
