Hey! I’m sadly leaving my house in the beautiful Herne Hill to move to West London.

The room is a good-sized double with plenty of natural light, fully furnished with a bed and storage. The flat is shared with friendly and respectful housemates, and has a spacious living area, kitchen, and 3 bathrooms (two showers, one bath) Sky TV, and a cleaner every other Friday, both of which are included in the rent!

There’s other furniture in the room that I’d be happy to negotiate selling. It’s all new and less than 1 year old.

Great location - a few minutes walk to Herne Hill station (direct trains to Victoria, Blackfriars and the City) and Brockwell Park is just around the corner. Plenty of local cafés, pubs, and shops nearby.

Also, the landlady has started doing loads of work to the house recently, and it’s slowly being renovated, which is great for future tenants.
