Location
The location is well connected, just a 2-minute walk to North Dulwich station, 8 minutes to Herne Hill, and around 20 minutes to Brixton (or a quick 5-minute cycle). There are also fantastic pubs an easy walk away like Birds House Brewery (one of my favourites). You can reach central London in approximately 20 minutes by train or 30-minute cycle.

The flat is near Herne Hill Sunday market, cafes, pubs, bakeries and restaurants, Brockwell Park, Dulwich Park, and Dulwich Village.

The property has a large communal living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The room comes fully furnished, and I am furnishing/improving other areas of the flat—some furniture shown in the photos will be replaced to further enhance the space and other furniture added.
