I’m offering a good-sized double room in a pleasant house in a quiet side street.

LOCATION

Close to Brockwell Park, Herne Hill (Zone 2) and Tulse Hill Stations, many bus routes, and the shops, bars, and restaurants in Herne Hill. 5 minutes walk to the centre of Herne Hill, and 15 minutes on the bus to Brixton Underground. Small shops just round the corner.

THE ROOM

The room has a wardrobe, fitted cupboard and shelves, desk, chair, and easy chair, as well as the double bed. Rent is all inclusive, even of cleaning and broadband.

SHARED SPACE

You would have the share of a bathroom, large kitchen and diner, and good-sized sunny garden with tables and chairs. You would also have access to a shower room, equipment in the cellar, and storage space in the loft if you need it.

THE HOUSEHOLD

There were 2 lodgers before this room became free, both women, but one has moved out. I’m a retired guy, but I work from home and so I’m here much of the time. I don’t mind if you go out to work or work from home.
