Room in my new home

This is a house I have just bought and will be moving into soon. The house will look different to the pics as I am moving my own furniture in and this is the previous tenants. It will look class

I will be looking for someone to live with me from mid September after I have moved in my stuff and sorted the place out a bit

As this is my home I want someone in there who will be respectful, relaxed, clean and mindful of the environment.

I am super laid back and enjoy chilling out at home and am really keen to make this house as cosy as possible. I’m big into cooking and am creating an amazing kitchen with a bbq outside. I also have a record player with some amazing records and some great art pieces for the walls. I do calisthenics and run a little community for this in Ruskin Park.

The ideal person for me would be someone I get along well with in the communal spaces but also is independent and enjoys their own time and friendships outside of the house as I do mine. Basically someone with a wholesome mindset who’s not bringing chaos or trouble into my home.
