Hello! We have a lovely master bedroom available in a 2-bed flat between Herne Hill and Tulse Hill, just a 5-minute walk from Brockwell Park.

You’ll be sharing with just one other person – Aisling, who is friendly, easy-going and a big fan of cooking, baking and musicals.

The flat has a shared garden, which is great in the summer, and generally has a relaxed, homely feel. We’d love to find someone friendly and considerate who wants the flat to feel like a home, while also having their own life and space.

I have lived at the flat for 1.5 years and we met and became friends via SpareRoom, but I’m moving to Bristol so sadly moving out.

The location is great – Brockwell Park is practically on the doorstep, and you’re nicely placed between Herne Hill and Tulse Hill, with plenty of good pubs, cafés and restaurants nearby.
