A bright, comfortable and fully furnished room is available in a friendly and peaceful home. The room benefits from plenty of natural light and comes furnished with a bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, shelving and carpet.
The room would suit one person looking for a clean, calm and welcoming place to live.
Location
The house is approximately 5 minutes from Brixton Tube Station and around 10 minutes from Streatham train station, offering excellent transport connections. Night buses also stop directly opposite the property.
Sainsbury’s and other local shops are within easy walking distance. Brockwell Park, Brixton Village and the many attractions of Brixton are also nearby.
The minimum stay is 3 months, with the possibility of extending the agreement if we are both happy with the living arrangement.
I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean, considerate and easy to live with. You should be comfortable enjoying your own space while also being friendly and respectful when sharing the communal areas.
