Two clean and comfortable furnished rooms are available immediately in a welcoming home in Herne Hill.

Room 1 is a bright double room with a double bed, television, desk/workspace and storage. It is available for short stays until 4/09/2026.

Room 2 is a flexible twin room with two single bunk beds and storage. It is suitable for one or two guests and has more flexible availability.

Prices:

Double room: £50 per night for one guest or £60 per night for two. Weekly rates from £300.

Twin room: £45 per night for one guest or £55 per night for two. Weekly rates from £260.

Wi-Fi, household bills and council tax are included.

Guests will have access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden. The property has convenient transport links and is well located for Herne Hill, King’s College Hospital and the surrounding areas.

The rooms may suit visiting professionals, hospital workers, people relocating, colleagues, friends or relatives requiring temporary accommodation.

This is a clean, non-smoking home with a live-in professional landlord. I am looking for respectful, tidy and considerate guests. Please message with your required dates, number of guests and reason for your stay.
