Large room in herne hill

Hi all, we are looking for a flatmate to move into the largest bedroom in our shared flat.
The bedroom has large east-facing windows, so yyou get the morning sun. It currently only comes with a free-standing wardrobe, with furniture currently up for sale cheaply, or you can bring your own. It's a 2-bed flat with huge living room, high ceilings, floorboards throughout, bathroom (with bath!) and kitchen. We store our bikes in the living room, but there's also storage in the garden.

We are part of a really lovely apartment building with lots of younger/professional sharers with a shared garden for everyone which is often used for BBQs in the summer. Really good vibes and a great community atmosphere throughout the building.

You'll be sharing with us (Petra and Hugo). Hugo has lived here for 2 years and is a puppet maker and carpenter, and spends a lot of time at the Herne hill makespace (2 min walk away). Petra is a printmaker and illustrator. We both enjoy being outdoors, swimming and camping. We have a tandem and canoe. We are social and enjoy hanging out with friends out of the flat and hosting dinners with friends.

Super well-connected, 3 mins walk from Herne Hill station (10 mins from Victoria, Thameslink connections up through central), heaps of buses right outside the door that take you towards Elephant&castle and Brixton (or a 20 minute walk to Brixton tube) Brockwell park is 1 minute away, including the gym and lido.
Bills and council tax all together per person are £110
