We have a room available to sublet in our lovely top-floor flat in Herne Hill/Denmark Hill.

You’ll be living with two legends, Issac and Sol. Issac works in the creative industries, mainly across film and audio, while Sol is an urban geographer. They’re both friendly, love cooking, easy-going and usually out during the daytimes with work.

Being on the top floor, the flat gets loads of beautiful natural light. There’s also a lovely balcony - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. There is a spare room at the back also if there is anything you may need to keep in storage.

The room itself faces out onto a beautiful view of London so the sunsets and sky night view of the skyline are amazing. The room can be cleared for drawers, hangers, bedding and storage so you can make the space feel like your own during your stay.

The flat is really well connected (especially by South London standards!):

Herne Hill station – around a 10-minute walk
Denmark Hill station – around 15 minutes through the park
North Dulwich station – also nearby
Brixton – around 20 minutes away, or a very quick downhill bike ride

There are plenty of great cafés and restaurants nearby, as well as two beautiful green spaces: Ruskin Park and Brockwell Park.

Dates: Ideally 1 October to 1 November, although we may be able to accommodate dates between 28 September and 10 November. This can be discussed.

Deposit: The full amount paid upfront
