Cozy double-room in large, stunning, loft-style ap

A lovely furnished double room in my spacious, light-filled flat in Poets Corner, Herne Hill , 5 minutes to Brockwell Park & Lido and 12 minutes to Brixton tube.

The flat has a huge open-plan living space with nine windows, lots of greenery and a calm creative feel, plus a small south-facing roof terrace.

I’m a filmmaker and the flat has always suited creative, friendly people, though that’s not essential. Previous flatmates have tended to stay a long time and become friends, so finding someone with a positive, easy vibe is important.

Two young cats live here, so you’d need to be cat-friendly.

I live here and rent out one room. There’s also a third bedroom which is used part-time and occasionally let short-term when not in use.
