It's one of the most convenient stations in London and as well as getting anywhere in central London in half an hour or less, you can take direct trains to Brighton and Cambridge for great days out. The No.91 bus stops outside the flat, taking you all the way to Trafalgar Square. It's even great for international travel - St Pancras International is two stops down the line, Heathrow at the end of the Piccadilly Line direct from Finsbury Park, and two trains an hour go direct to Gatwick.
The flat is on a main road but the moment you close the front door behind you it's as quiet as the countryside.
Council tax is £2108 a year (Islington band D). Water is £640 a year.
The energy performance rating is a very creditable C so you should be able to keep your energy bills low.
The kitchen has a washing machine/dryer, a ceramic hob, and a handy larder with a large fridge-freezer. Everything is impeccably clean.
The bedrooms are the following sizes: top front 11 sq. m., top rear 14 sq. m., downstairs 13.5 sq. m. The flat can accommodate a maximum of four tenants.
