Were not letting individual "rooms" but instead a whole flat.
As such please approach us as an "group"
family or students.

Therefore Enquiries are invited from either an pre-existing group, family, or boni fide undergraduate guaranteed students, but not from single individuals(as we have no ability to put groups together)
An mix of both students and professional people is possible but 100% council tax does apply once 1 professional reside in a predominantly student accommodation in the uk

Forest hill is an upmarket london town, positioned in between 3 stations for easy /fast access into central london.

SE23 has good history. & seems safer that the adjoining regions in our opinion.

Its surrounded by good sized parks with the canal within half mile.
Brockley & other large parks are also close, as is forest hill museum, & modern eateries. Crystal Palace, & greenwich Fairly is close , with its History & sports facilities.

Duration time getting to most of londons universities is fast given the location of the 3 stations, & the bus routes. Goldsmiths uni is just 2 miles & 1 short bus trip away , although most of our students cycle to new cross in a short time period, which im told is faster than the bus time wise.

Greenwich/lewisham, & catford is an short trip either by car or bus.

This clean large flat is in an upmarket road close to both the bus stops, & also to the 3 train stations being honor Oak park, forest hill & catford bridge each being approx half mile or ie 8 to 10 minutes walk from the flat.

If you are an individual requiring just 1 room please arrange 2 others "Working" who may wish to share with you, & view the flat at the same, time , as we have not got the office time to put individuals into groups.

This large dwelling is Well Maintained, very clean/newish/renovated located 8 to 10 minute Walk for the 3x Trains. forest hill, honor oak & cat-ford stations.
