Whole 2 bed apartment in Highbury

Hello! I'm subletting the whole flat (2 bedrooms) over 2 floors in beautiful Highbury & Islington for a few weeks in August while away.

I've been here for almost 5 years and it's the best flat in London I've ever stayed :) but I'm mostly away in August so looking to sublet all of it or part of it.

NOTE - preference is for those that want to take on the whole flat (2 bed) for the period, but there is the option to just take 1 room and I keep the other.

The flat - over 2 floors: first floor has 2 double bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and kitchen. Bathroom has great rain shower. The top floor has a really nice living room area with TV and sofas. Nice place to hang out!
The windows are huge so lots of natural light too looking out onto lots of greenery.

The location - less than 5 min walk to Highbury Islington station for the Victoria line and Overground. On the doorstep of one of London's greatest parks, Highbury Fields, and the bars and restaurants of Upper Street.
