Double Bedroom available in a beautiful, high spec, new build property with use of its own private bathroom and access to on-street resident's parking, just 8 min walk from Oval Station. All bills included. Live in landlord. 

Fully furnished, light and airy room with floor to ceiling windows, built in double wardrobe, desk, large chest of drawers and chocolate brown leather bedstead with memory foam mattress and blackout roller blinds. 

I'm a smoker but I never smoke inside the property, so would not expect anyone else to. Smoking is of course absolutely fine on the balcony, which has some gorgeous furniture to relax on and enjoy the panoramic views of London, all the way from the BT Tower and London Eye in the West, to the Shard and City of London and even as far as Canary Wharf in the East. The balcony is also South facing and so enjoys the sun pretty much from dawn until dusk. 

The large main guest bathroom is for sole use, with the exception of the the occasional guest on the weekends now and then. In addition to the private balcony in the photos, you'll also get access to a large communal terrace shared with the building's other 19 apartments, which is great for summer sunbathing. 

The apartment has all modern amenities you'd expect, including Sky Q in every room (including the bedroom, which also has a 47" flat screen TV), high speed broadband, Hive central heating and Philips Hue Colour bulbs in all communal areas for voice controlled heating and lighting. There is a cleaner who attends the property once per week, also included. 

Not that it should matter hugely, but I'm a gay guy, so if you're not comfortable with the gay thing you need not apply. Resident's parking is available for an additional £125 per year via on-street parking permit.

I go to the gym early most weekday mornings, I love rugby (but no longer play), watching movies, reading and the occasional drink or two of an evening to unwind after work.
