Double furnished room, bills included! Kennington

A great double room in a lovely three floor Victorian house in Kennington. Move in date is flexible. I would not be leaving however I am moving in with my boyfriend - move in date can be flexible between early-end of July.

About the house:

The house has bright, large shared living spaces (a large front room and a kitchen with dining space) two bathrooms (one right next door to your room, practically an en-suite, and a HUGE basement bathroom) and an outdoor patio with BBQ.

The room: it’s a double room and comes fully furnished. There is large landing space next to the room which my housemate used as a studio/desk space - I currently have a desk in the bedroom too so there is the option of either working in the room, outside the room, or downstairs in the living room or kitchen.

The current housemates are preferably looking for a female housemate.

Location: The house is a 10 mins walk to Kennington Tube, and Elephant and Castle tube is also around a 13 minute walk in the other direction. There are also busses to anywhere central you could possibly want to go, also less than 30 seconds walking from the front door. Bermondsey Street is a 20 minute walk, and you can also walk to London Bridge. If you fancy a good walk, Oxford Street and the City are also walkable from here.

Every shop you could ever need is within a 5 minute walk, e. g. Marks and Spencers, Morrisons, Superdrug, Boots, and a Tesco less than 30 seconds walking.

You’ll be sharing with Flaminia who works in film and TV and is a wonderful housemate to live with, and very easy to get along with, and Lillie-Mae who works for the civil service and is also very easygoing and friendly.
