I have been living in this lovely flat for the last 9 months but am now sadly having to leave the UK for work reasons and so am looking for someone to replace me.

It's a double room to rent in a bright spacious flat with large living room, balcony, and separate kitchen.
The area:
The flat forms part of a small block with shared gardens to front and rear and is a short stroll from Pasley Park and the popular Kennington Park.
The flat is in a quiet neighbourhood 4 minutes walk from Kennington Tube (Northern Line), 10 minutes walk from Elephant & Castle (Northern & Bakerloo), close to good bus links on Kennington Park Road and there is a Santander Bike Station 2 minutes away. Walworth Road’s local shops and restaurants are also nearby, as well as the popular East Street Market!
I've genuinely really enjoyed living here - the area is really lively and full of little perks. It's really close to central (even walkable), really well connected and has almost all major supermarkets nearby!
Will, who will be your flatmate, is awesome. He mostly keeps to himself but also enjoys hanging out and might occasionally treat you to a homemade dinner.
The landlords are great - they live nearby and will quickly take care of anything thing that might need fixing.
