The flat is in a perfect location:
- 10 min walk to Kennington Station

- 10 min walk to Walworth Road (loads of bus connections to Central London)
- 5 mins walk to Kennington Park!
The room is a double and is very spacious with loads of storage. It has lovely big windows that overlook a park, so its lovely and bright! The room is furnished and comes with:

The flat itself is over two floors, with a massive open plan living room/ dining room and kitchen downstairs, and a toilet, shower, and all three bedrooms upstairs.
Bills are NOT included. We have literally just moved in so are sorting out bill payments now, but will likely be around £80.
The current flatmates are two lovely girls aged 20 and 22! Ideally looking for a girl of a similar age to join them.
