We're looking for someone to join our lovely flat in Kennington, Zone 1 at the end of January.

All bills are included including laundry products and cleaning products. All you do is have to buy food!

We're a group of 3 friendly guys looking for someone to join our cosy single room. The room is furnished with a bed and wardrobe/draws, with space to add a small desk and a chair if needed. The room is available from October 1st.

The flat itself is less than a minute walk from Kennington tube station, with close access to Walworth Road as well as Elephant & Castle's amenities and national rail station. We're also on a lot of major bus routes north and south: 133, 155, 333, 415.

The flat has a balcony-roof terrace with table and chairs; all appliances including a dishwasher and tumble dryer; and all necessities like an ironing board, iron, hoover, clothes horses etc. We have a lovely 3-piece shared bathroom as well. Council tax band: C.

We're a sociable house who enjoy watching TV and films together, as well as pub quizzes, home-cooking with a glass of wine and night out!

This room would be great for someone wanting to find their feet in London.
