We have a room available in a 4 bedroom maisonette flat which is 8 mins walk from Kennington tube. and 10 mins from Elephant and Castle. You'll be sharing the flat with 3 other flatmates, one female and two male, all working and 20-30 years old.
We're looking for someone who is friendly and sociable and knows to clean up after themselves. The flat is kept very tidy so we are looking for somebody who will do the same.

The flat is ground floor with a garden and it's own entrance onto the street.
Landlord doesn't live in the flat but lives local enough to be there if you lose your keys, etc. A dedicated cleaner visits the flat every two weeks and keeps the common areas sparkling.

The flat has a fully stocked kitchen with fridge, washing machine, microwave, plates, pots and pans, etc. It's also got a lounge with dining area , TV and super fast (1 gb/s) WiFi fibre broadband internet. All utility bills, council tax, etc included and paid by the landlord. Outside is a paved garden with garden furniture.

The room is for single occupancy only, that means only one person living in it. It's ok if you have friends or partners to stay for a bit now and again but not long term.
