Double bedroom in modern flat (1 min from tube)

I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in this modern two-bedroom, two bathroom large split level flat in a converted Victorian property, one minute walk from Kennington tube station (Northern Line, Zone 1/2).

The flat is on the ground floor with kitchen in the basement. The flat has a large living area and large kitchen. (If you love to cook or bake then this is a dream kitchen.) There is also a lot of storage space throughout, as well as a utility room with washer and dryer (and back yard with clothes line).

I’m looking for a someone to share this lovely home with. I’m a sociable introvert who would be up for movie nights, cooking together and quizzes at the local pubs, but I also need the occasional quiet evening which I might spend reading/watching TV in my room.

The flat would suit someone moving to London for the first time (it’s well connected on public transport and is fully stocked with everything you’d need for the kitchen) but also there’s enough storage space if you’ve already got all your homeware bits and pieces.

- There is a separate pantry room off the kitchen offering extra storage space, which is pictured in the photos, can be used for food or overflow kitchen equipment (and room for second fridge, so we could have our own fridges if preferred)
- There is a wine fridge built into the kitchen
- The flat has two bathrooms (the advertised double room will have preferential use of the bathroom pictured, including all the bathroom storage space, mirror cupboard and large under sink drawer)
