The house has plenty of space with a large living area and garden. It is over 3 floors. The room available is a large double room and is on the 2nd floor with a desk and plenty of storage space.

There is also a spare smaller room on the second floor for occasional visitors.

The house is fully furnished and all kitchen utensils will be provided.
The house is really well connected - 4mins walk from Kennington tube, less than 10mins to Kennington Park and 30mins walk from the city centre.

We are both Irish professionals. We are friendly, we love travelling and outdoor sports. We keep the house clean and expect the person to be clean too. It's not a party house, but we do like to host the odd social gathering / dinner party. There's a nice garden out the back to host BBQs in the summer.

All bills are £150 per person per month, which includes council tax, water, gas, electricity, and communal household things such as laundry detergent, toilet paper, soap, etc.

Note: the move in date is flexible.
Also note, this is initially a short term sublet as we have already agreed the contract with the landlord, we are likely to be moving out in 6 months, so if you would like to stay longer, you can sign a new contract with the landlord (lovely man and leaves us enjoy the place in peace, but is also quick to resolve any issues if they arise).
