The flat is in a great spot. Located in the picturesque Lorrimore Square, a quick 10-minute stroll to Kennington station through Pasley Park, and if you cycle, the City is only 15 minutes away. Nestled between Kennington Park and Burgess Park the flat boasts a large terrace - so, green space all around all the rooms benefits from loads of natural light.

I am a professional looking to share with a like-minded, friendly professional. I love cooking and gardening, and I'm pretty sociable. I like having people around at weekends to enjoy the terrace or heading out for sports meet ups in the local parks. I am planting raised beds on the terrace and enjoy hosting BBQs and Sunday roasts (which you would be welcome to join!).

The ideal tenant should be friendly, tidy, and a non-smoker/vaper. Bills are to be shared and include a cleaner twice a month, high speed broadband, gas, electrics and council tax. We will share general chores to keep the flat running smoothly.

If you're a cyclist - I'm planning to build a secure bike shed on the terrace, but until then, we can keep bikes inside.
