Central Double Room

Looking for a flatmate to share my lovely little home with.
Ladies still apply, but it would be great to have a man for gender balance, the flat is really well located. A 2 bed in London, has a dishwasher and it very close to 3 parks. There spare bedding for visitors and a loft to store a few bits and bobs.

Hoping to find someone who already has a life in London but also likes to chat and perhaps occasionally share a meal, go for a drink or go out clubbing together. NOT looking for someone who works from home for more than two days per week, ideally your WFH would be Wednesday / Thursday / Friday so we don't clash.

I am freelance so work from home Monday and Tue and can be away working long hours. I love exercise and music. I live quite a healthy holistic lifestyle which includes, Yoga, eating organically and minimising plastic as much as possible. But also love having people over for dinner and drinks, so a nice balance of social and peaceful.

Hoping to live with someone who goes to bed a reasonable times and not a night owl as sound does travel a wee bit. I do however still love to do out clubbing but just generally a considerate house is preferable. Gardener's and Fun people welcome I have made a little outside ‘garden’ in front of the flat.

Room availability Beginning of September.
Bonus points if you have a small dog, but NO cats sorry.

Bills and general house costs are about £250 but with the world economy prepare for £300.
