Sublet situation! As in my things are currently still there in the room, you'll have access to a full dresser, but know it's not a totally empty room. I know not ideal but I'm traveling abroad in North America longer than expected. Genuinely I like living here a lot, very near all sorts of things in kennington, elephant and castle, and close to Waterloo. Bills come out to around £150 on top including council tax with is £69.
